Are Reportify reports really personalised?
Yes, Reportify streamlines report creation but still requires teachers' professional judgment for content. It helps maintain personalized, meaningful reports while saving time by converting short-form information into high-quality content for teachers to review, edit, and approve.
How does Reportify work?
Reportify combines teacher-provided information with its preloaded contextual knowledge (e.g. the National Curriculum) to generate report suggestions.
What does Reportify do for teachers?
Reportify is a form of Artificial Intelligence (AI). It is essentially like an assistant for writing reports which is really good at taking, snippets of information such as year group, subject, progress and examples and converting that into high quality prose which can be used in reports.
That means that teachers no longer need to agonise over wording or spend time manually writing out lots of reports. They can spend their time making accurate judgments, thinking of good examples and then editing what Reportify creates for them. This saves a huge amount of time, and stress!
Why should teachers use it?
As an AI assistant, Reportify transforms snippets of information (year group, subject, progress, examples) into high-quality prose for reports, reducing the time and stress of manual report writing. Teachers can focus on making accurate judgments, providing examples, and editing Reportify's output.
Does it devalue what teachers do?
Not at all. Reportify enhances teachers' work by saving time on report writing, allowing them to concentrate on helping pupils learn. It ensures parents receive accurate information about their children while optimizing teachers' time and effort.
How can I cancel my subscription?
On the setting page (Menu - Settings), there is a button to manage your membership. That will take you to a page were there is a button which says 'Cancel Plan'. That will stop your subscription. You will not be charged again and your access will run out at the end of the billing period.
